High Needs Care Experience:
PEG Feeding & Enteral Care
Our trained staff deliver safe, professional PEG feeding and enteral care in line with individual care plans and clinical guidelines, prioritising health, comfort, and dignity at all times.
Community Access & Outings
Our team supports participants to engage confidently in the community, whether attending appointments, social activities, education, or recreational outings, promoting inclusion, independence, and meaningful connections.
Personal & Intimate Care
Our team delivers sensitive and respectful personal and intimate care, always preserving dignity, privacy, and individual preferences while supporting health, hygiene, and wellbeing.
Mental Health & Behavioral Support
We support participants with psychosocial disabilities and mental health needs through consistent, understanding care that promotes emotional regulation, resilience, and positive daily experiences.
1:1 and 2:1 Assistance
We offer flexible one-to-one and two-to-one support tailored to individual needs, ensuring the right level of supervision, safety, and engagement for participants with higher or more complex support requirements.

The only supports in Sunbury that are actually reliable. For me reliability is one of the biggest factors. We know shifts will never be missed. The workers are all absolutely brilliant and actually want to be in the sector so are caring, understanding and not afraid of hard work which is what my kids are. Our lives are so unpredictable and we constantly asking for last second support cause that's how it is sometimes and we always get the support.
